Telehealth at Troy Medical, P.C.—Now Available for Existing Patients

At Troy Medical, P.C., we are excited to offer our established patients the convenience of video visits right from the comfort of your home! During business hours, you can connect with our providers using your phone or computer for simple refills or straightforward consultations. Whether you're strapped for time or prefer not to travel, telehealth is a great way to manage your care.

While telehealth is a convenient option, we always encourage our patients to visit us in person for a more comprehensive and personal experience when needed.



Important Information

• Copay: Please note that there is a copay for telehealth visits. You can pay online at bit.ly/TroyMedBillPay or stay on the line to pay over the phone.
• Wait Times: Our staff answers calls in the order they are received. If you don’t hear from us within 10 minutes, please call us at (248) 250-8516.
• Insurance: If you have updated insurance, please notify our staff when they pick up your call.

• This service is not intended for emergency situations. If you’re experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
• Telehealth services are only available for existing patients. New patients should visit us in person for their first appointment. We are located at 2649 Crooks Rd., Troy, MI 48084.
